Location was incredible and and favourable, right by the beach and Miami and shops for grocery supplies. And I was located to the nearest supermarket.

Helpful and amiable staff, they were always near. The neighborhood was quiet. Its location was marvellous and favourable; I greatly enjoyed to be within 25 minutes' walk of Books & Books. Also, a convenience store and a supermarket next door was so handy.

Clean and picturesque apartment with a jaw-dropping balcony view. Convenient location near Spanish grocery and late-night food delivery. Spacious rooms, hot water from every pipe, amazing shower water pressure. TVs in every room, comfy pull-out couch. Fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge, dishwasher. Incredibly comfortable and convenient, with a safe and friendly neighborhood. Only a 12-minute ride to downtown, even during rush hour. Near ocean dr. Amazing stay! No smoking on site, no pets allowed.

Loved the "garden with a terrace" - oh wait, does a potted plant count as a garden? Complimentary WiFi and private parking was great, as long as you don't mind slow internet and struggling to find a parking spot.

Just wish they had a blanket and could grant my request for a late check out. I mean, who needs those things, right?

The apartments had jaw-droppingly bright and modern walk-in showers in both bathrooms. The location was super, with spacious rooms and a beautiful property. The fully equipped kitchen made fixing meals a breeze. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Vhc Modern Apartments for several nights and had a great time. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were spacious and the property was well-maintained. One of the highlights was the exceptional security, which made us feel safe when coming and going at night. The apartment itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and a nice deck to relax outside. I also appreciated the convenience of not having to worry about room keys. Additionally, the staff held our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.

The location of Vhc Modern was fantastic, situated right between a grocery store and the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a lovely room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff treated us well and we appreciated the keyless entry.
